Rick Anderson

Rick Anderson is best known for his popular sports photography and well-loved Husker posters. However, for 20 years, Rick has been traveling across America, capturing beautiful images. He worked in the family business in 1995 to pursue photography as a full-time career.

His motivation was the birth of his son in 1987 and the purchase of a camera to record his son’s life. This set off a love of photography. Completely self-taught, Rick practiced his skills on Nebraska scenery and sunsets. As his talent increased, Rick began traveling the country, photographing college sports and city skylines.

He is known internationally for his magnificent sweeping panoramic vistas of city skylines, bridges, architecture, and collegiate sporting events. His photography poignantly captures the essence, energy, and sense of place of his subject matter.
